PROPERTY 2 DESCRIBED IN BARGAIN AND SALE DEED 2016-01834, AND PROPERTY 3 DESCRIBED IN BARGAIN AND SALE DEED 2012-050221, BARGAIN
AND SALE DEED 2019-06715, AND WARRANTY DEED 2021-23571, TO CONSOLIDATE THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN PROPERTY 1 AND PROPERTY 3
(CONSOLIDATED PROPERTY 1) PER CITY OF BEND PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT NUMBER PLPLAM20210438, AND TO ADJUST THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN

BASE SURVEY FOR MINOR PARTITION PLATS MP-78-162 AND MP-79-7, WHICH PARTITIONED THE PROPERTIES NORTH AND SOUTH OF SAID SOUTH LINE.
THE PERPETUATED CORNER POSITION (POINT 'A') FALLS IN THE CENTER OF THE COID LATERAL A2 AT A WOODEN FOOT BRIDGE AS NOTED ON CS02747.
THE ORIGINAL PK PER GS02747 COULD NOT BE LOCATED.
THE WEST LINE OF SAID PROPERTY 1 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS OF UNKNOWN ORIGIN. SAID MONUMENTS WERE PREVIOUSLY
HELD PER CS02747 (R4), WHICH IS THE BASE SURVEY FOR SAID PARTITION PLATS MP-78-162 AND MP-79-7, AND AGREE WITH THE ADJOINING DEED
(INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2015-052180, R11).
THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID PROPERTY 1 WAS ESTABLISHED USING FOUND MONUMENTAION FROM "EASTWOOD ADDITION", CS02847 (R4), AND
CS17278 (R8), POINT 'B' WAS PERPETUATED BY EXTENDING A LINE EASTERLY AT A RECORD DISTANCE OF 112.27 FEET (R2,R4) FROM THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF PROPERTY 1, BEARING OF SAID LINE WAS DERIVED FROM THE FOUND MONUMENTATION ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF ADJOINING PROPERTY
(INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2015-052180). THE PERPETUATED POSITION OF POINT 'B' FALLS AT A FENCE CORNER. POINT 'C' WAS PERPETUATED BY
PROJECTING A LINE PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID PROPERTY 1 AND HOLDING A RECORD DISTANCE OF 30.00 FEET (R2). THE PERPETUATED
POSITION OF POINT 'B' FALLS AT A FENCE CORNER AND AGREES WITH MINOR PARTITION PLAT MP-79-7 (R2).
THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID PROPERTY 1 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE MONUMENT PER PLAT OF "EAST OF EASTWOOD- (R5) LOCATED AT THE
