CROMSIGT RECORDED JULY 26, 2017 IN VOLUME 2017, PAGE 29179 DESCHUTES
COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. SAID PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST
ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 18 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST WILLAMETTE
MERIDIAN, CITY OF BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY OREGON.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS IS NORTH 90000'00" WEST BETWEEN THt SOUTHWEST CORNER
