NARRATIVE:
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT A LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN LOTS 19 & 20, BLOCK 14, KENWOOD,
LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 17
SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF BEND,
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON APPROVED BY THE CITY OF BEND IN
LAND USE FILE #PLPLAM20210420.
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS PREVIOUSLY SURVEYED BY KARL IN
COUNTY SURVEY CS12519. 1 FOUND THE SOUTHWEST, NORTHWEST,
AND NORTHEAST CORNERS AS SHOWN IN SAID SURVEY. THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER WAS NOT FOUND APPARENTLY DESTROYED BY
THE INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES. THE AFOREMENTIONED FOUND
CORNERS FIT RECORD BEARINGS AND DIMENSIONS EXTREMELY WELL. I
THEREFOR SET THE SOUTHEAST CORNER AT BEARING -BEARING
INTERSECTION FROM THE FOUND SOUTHWEST AND NORTHEAST
CORNERS.
I THEN ADJUSTED THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE AND SET MONUMENTS
AS SHOWN AS DIRECTED BY MY CLIENT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
SAID LAND USE APPROVAL.

THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS AS SHOWN
PER CS12519, RECORDS OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S
OFFICE.
