THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO PARTITION THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED
IN THE "SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON
THE DEED(D), AND RECORD SURVEYS (R1), (R2), (R3), AND (R4), AND
EXISTING MONUMENTS FOUND DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 35,
BETWEEN THE MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE NW CORNER AND NORTH 1 /16TH
CORNER, WITH THE BEARING TAKEN FROM (R1).
THE BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS PREVIOUSLY DETERMINED BY
CS00218 (R3) AND CS00216 (R4). THOSE SURVEYS WERE HELD FOR THE
