WE WERE RETAINED BY LINDEN HOSPITALITY LLC TO PREPARE AN ALTA/NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEY, WHICH INCLUDED RE-MONUMENTING
MISSING PROPERTY CORNERS, OF THE LANDS IDENTIFIED AS CONFERENCE CENTER PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED -
STATUTORY FORM, RECORDED MARCH 4, 2015 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2015-7298, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. THIS RECORD OF
SURVEY WAS PREPARED TO SATISFY APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF ORS 209.250.
THIS OFFICE COMPLETED ALL THREE OF THE SURVEYS REFERENCED BELOW. I WAS ABLE TO UTILIZE THE EXISTING SURVEY CONTROL
NETWORK ESTABLISHED PER RECORD REFERENCE (R1) TO CONDUCT THIS SURVEY. I RECOVERED APPROXIMATELY 70 BOUNDARY
MONUMENTS WHICH AGREE WITH THE RECORD AND ARE NOT REPORTED HEREON. A FEW OF THE BOUNDARY MONUMENTS HAVE BEEN
DESTROYED BY CONSTRUCTION AND WERE RE-MONUMENTED AS SHOWN HEREON IN DETAIL A.
