HomeMy WebLinkAboutSurvey 20623RECORD OF SURVEY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1/4 NE1/4) OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 17 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON SEPTEMBER 2021 NARRATIVE WE WERE RETAINED BY LINDEN HOSPITALITY LLC TO PREPARE AN ALTA/NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEY, WHICH INCLUDED RE-MONUMENTING MISSING PROPERTY CORNERS, OF THE LANDS IDENTIFIED AS CONFERENCE CENTER PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED - STATUTORY FORM, RECORDED MARCH 4, 2015 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2015-7298, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. THIS RECORD OF SURVEY WAS PREPARED TO SATISFY APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF ORS 209.250. THIS OFFICE COMPLETED ALL THREE OF THE SURVEYS REFERENCED BELOW. I WAS ABLE TO UTILIZE THE EXISTING SURVEY CONTROL NETWORK ESTABLISHED PER RECORD REFERENCE (R1) TO CONDUCT THIS SURVEY. I RECOVERED APPROXIMATELY 70 BOUNDARY MONUMENTS WHICH AGREE WITH THE RECORD AND ARE NOT REPORTED HEREON. A FEW OF THE BOUNDARY MONUMENTS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED BY CONSTRUCTION AND WERE RE-MONUMENTED AS SHOWN HEREON IN DETAIL A. NORTH DETAIL A DETAIL A THE TWO BOUNDARY MONUMENTS FOUND TO BE MISSING WERE RE-MONUMENTED BY HOLDING A COMBINATION OF THE EXISTING FOUND OVERVIEW SCALE: 1" = 50' MONUMENTS ALONG WITH RECORD DISTANCES PER RECORD REFERENCES (R1, (R2) AND (133).
