MS., R.1M, F.M., Deschutes County, Oregon SURVEYOR'S NARRA 71 VE THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TWOFOLD: 1) CONSOLIDATE TAX LOT 18-12-01B 4300 (DESCRIBED IN DEED 2014-22812) AND TAX LOT 18-12-01B 4400 (DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 2 IN DEED 2014-22811), PER COUNTY PROJECT 247-21-000482-LL, AND 2) ADJUST THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE CONSOLIDATED PROPERTY LISTED ABOVE AND TAX LOT 18-12-01 B 4200 (DESCRIBED /N DEED 2014-22809), PER COUNTY PROJECT 247-21-000483-LL. I FOUND AND HELD MONUMENTS AS FOLLOWS: 1/2" IRON RODS ON THE SOUTH LINE OF TAX LOT 4200, INCLUDING THE 1/2" IRON ROD AT THE SW CORNER OF THE "FLAG POLE" FOR TAX LOT 4300, 5/8" IRON RODS ON THE SOUTH LINE OF TAX LOT 4400, 1/2" IRON ROD AT THE NW CORNER OF TAX LOT 4300, WHICH IS ALSO THE NE CORNER OF TAX LOT 4400, 1/2" IRON ROD AT THE SE CORNER OF LOT 2 BLOCK 4 OF THE PLAT OF DOBBIN ACRES FIRST ADDITION; AND THE 5/8" IRON ROD AT THE ANGLE POINT IN THE SE BOUNDARY OF LOT 3 BLOCK 4 OF SAID PLAT. I ESTABLISHED THE POSITION OF THE NE CORNER OF TAX LOT 4300 BY INTERSECTING AN EXTENSION OF THE LINE FROM THE 1/2" IRON ROD AT THE NW CORNER OF TAX LOT 4300 THROUGH THE 1/2" IRON ROD AT THE SE CORNER OF SAID LOT 2 WITH A LINE BETWEEN THE 5/8" IRON ROD AT THE ANGLE POINT IN SAID LOT 3 AND THE 1/2" IRON ROD AT THE SE CORNER OF TAX LOT 4200. THE POINT LANDED AT A LARGE METAL FENCE POST. I DIDN'T RESET IT. I ALSO DIDN'T RESET THE NW CORNER OF TAX LOT 4400, BUT USED RECORD DATA FROM THE NE CORNER OF SAID TAX LOT 4400 FROM DEED 2014-22811. 1 DIDN'T RESET MISSING CORNERS ON THE NORTH LINE OF TAX LOT 4200, AS THE ADJUSTMENT WAS TO ELIMINATE THAT LINE. THE POSITION OF SAID NORTH LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD DISTANCE ALONG THE WEST LINE FROM THE FOUND SW CORNER PER (R3), AND HOLDING THE ANGULAR RELATIONSHIP FROM SAID WEST LINE AND THE WEST LINE OF THE SURVEY BY RICHARD GRAUE (R2), BEING A DIFFERENCE OF 23- 1 PRORATED THE DISTANCE ALONG THE EAST LINE TO ESTABLISH THE LOCATION OF THE NE CORNER OF SAID TAX LOT 4200. THE CONSOLIDATED AREA OF TAX LOTS 4300 AND 4400 WAS REDUCED BY 9.709 WITH THIS ADJUSTMENT, SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE PARCEL MAY NOT BE REDUCED BY MORE THAN 107. BEARINGS ARE BASED ON THE NORTH LINE OF TAX LOT 4300 BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS AS SHOWN, PER SAID PLAT AND GRAUE'S SURVEY (R2). NOTE. DEED 2014-22812 SHOWS A DISTANCE OF 95.52 FEET ALONG A PORTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF TAX LOTS 4200 AND 4300, WHILE SURVEYS (R2) AND (R3) SHOW 94.52 FEET, AND MY MEASUREMENT IS 94.51 FEET.
