CROUCH AND D'LORAH J. CROUCH OCTOBER 13, 2017 IN BOOK 2017, PAGE 40962, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORS AND LOT 3, BLOCK 30, TOWNSITE OF LAIDLAW CONVEYED TO JAMES JAN—AUSTIN CROUCH AND JESSICA K. CROUCH MARCH 3, 2021, IN BOOK 2021, PAGE 13603, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. WE FOUND 4 CORNERS SET BY PERRY IN CS19001 (R1) AT THE NE AND NW CORNERS OF LOT 1 AND THE SE AND SW CORNERS OF LOT 3. WE HELD THESE MONUMENTS AND CALCULATED THE CORNERS OF LOT 2 BY SINGLE PROPORTION. NEW MONUMENTS WERE SET FOR THE NEW PROPERTY LINES AS SHOWN. NO UNUSUAL CONDITIONS OR CIRCUMSTANCES WERE ENCOUNTERED DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY. BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS). GPS CALIBRATIONS WERE MADE FROM THE ORGN BASE STATIONS (INCLUDING BNDM, REDM, LAPN, P387 SISTERS, PNVL, AND MDRS) WITH TOPCON HIPER GPS. THE CALIBRATION TIES MULTIPLE COCS POINTS USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES. THE COCS HORIZONTAL DATUM IS NAD83 (91) AND USES A MOLODENKSY TRANSFORMATION. THE COCS VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD 29.
