in the State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I have made a survey of
the lands shown on this plat of survey and further certify that said lands
were correctly surveyed according to State Statutes and the rules of
Common Law.
SURVEYORS NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to set missing property corners on lot 1,
block 2, per the Chukar Ridge Subdivision Plat.
Monuments were held as noted.
BASIS OF BEARING:
Was determined by measuring between points 2 and 3,
being North 89'56'03" East (Oregon Coordinate
Reference System (❑CRS) Bend- Redmond- Prineville Zone as Shown
Herein.
