WE WERE RETAINED BY CENTRAL OR REGIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY, TO
PREPARE A CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR THE BUILDING ON THE PARCEL OF LAND
DESCRIBED IN VOLUME 2020, PAGE 29694, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN VOLUME
2000, PAGE 8661. THE WEST LINE IS DEFINED BY 15TH STREET. 15TH
STREET DEDICATION IS DESCRIBED IN BOOK 2007, PAGE 2683. DURING THE
COURSE OF THIS SURVEY, WE FOUND THERE WERE TWO DIMENSIONING
DRAFTING ERRORS FROM CS20080 (R5) ON THE NORTH PARCEL, LINE L1
WAS SHOWN AS 36.77 FEET IN (R5), WHERE AS WE MEASURED 36.72 FEET
IN THIS SURVEY. ON THE SOUTH PARCEL, THE WEST LINE WAS SHOWN AS
168.00 FEET. WHERE AS WE MEASURED 168.12 FEET IN THIS SURVEY.
ASIS OF BEARING AND CONTROL:
BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE
CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS). GPS
CALIBRATIONS WERE MADE FROM THE ORGN BASE STATIONS
