RECORDS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO DOCUMENT MONUMENTS SET PER SAID ALTA SURVEY, PURSUANT TO ORS
209.250.
THE WESTERLY R/W OF CENTURY DRIVE IS BASED ON RECORD INFORMATION FROM ODOT MAPS 513-18-21 AND 913-19-7 AND
MONUMENTS FOUND ALONG THE EASTERLY AND WESTERLY R/W AS SHOWN.
THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE SUBJECT PARCEL IS BASED ON THE NORTHERLY R/W LINE OF TAYLOR COURT, WITH THE
SUBJECT DEED EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTHERLY 60 FEET. THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TAYLOR COURT WAS
ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENT PER CS03731 (r3) ALONG THE W LY R/W OF CENTURY DRIVE AND RECORD
DISTANCE PER THAT SURVEY. FOR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TAYLOR COURT I HELD THE FOUND MONUMENT PER (0).
THE NORTHERLY LINE WAS THEN TRIMMED TO THE W'LY R/W LINE OF CENTURY DRIVE.
THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT PARCEL WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS AS SHOWN
PER CS03746 (r1) AND CS03744 (r2). THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE RECORD DISTANCE
OF 120.72' PER THE SUBJECT DEED. THIS IS SUPPORTED BY THE 1973 SURVEY DONE BY ED GRAVES PER CS03746 (r1) WHICH
ESTABLISHED MONUMENTS FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. HOWEVER THIS DOES RESULT IN A DISCREPANCY OF 8' +/-

LOGGING ROAD REPORTED THEREIN.
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE RECORD CURVE DISTANCE PER
THE SUBJECT DEED.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS
