TAX LOT 105 IS THE REMAINDER OF THOSE LANDS ON WARRANTY DEED RECORDED MARCH 8, 2019, INST.
NO. 2019-7245, AFTER PORTIONS WERE PLATTED IN DRY CANYON, PHASE 1 NORTH AND DRY CANYON,
PHASE 1 SOUTH. TAX LOT 6800 IS LOT 67, DRY CANYON, PHASE 1 NORTH. TAX LOT 7200 IS COMMON B,
DRY CANYON, PHASE 1 SOUTH. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ADJUSTMENT IS TO RELOCATE THE BOUNDARY
LINES BETWEEN THE THREE TAX LOTS.
THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID TAX LOTS WERE PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY HICKMAN WILLIAMS AND

CANYON, PHASE 1 SOUTH(r3). PER THIS SURVEY MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE CORNERS OF THE
ADJUSTED LINES PER THE APPROVED LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS
