THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONSOLIDATION IS TO ABANDON THE LOT LINES BETWEEN SAID LOTS TO BETTER
ACCOMMODATE A FUTURE BUILDING SITE.
THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOTS WERE RETRACED PER THE REFERENCES SHOWN HEREON AND MONUMENTS
FOUND PER THOSE SURVEYS WERE HELD. THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 14 WAS ESTABLISHED BY
DISTANCE -DISTANCE INTERSECTION USING RECORD DISTANCES PER CS08412(r2) AND CS14389(r4), HOLDING
THE MONUMENTS AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11 AND THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 13. THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 12 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE RECORD DISTANCE OF 50.00, FROM THE
NW CORNER OF LOT 11 PER CS14389(r4) ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF NW HILL STREET.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED
BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
