SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to adjust the common lot line between Parcels 2 and 3 of Partition Plat 1990-4, located in Northeast One —Quarter of the Northwest One —Quarter of Section 8, Township 18 South, Range 13 East, Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon. Control for this survey was based on said Partition Plat 1990-4 by DeJarnatt Land Surveys, Inc., recorded as CSO4263, Lot line Adjustment by Rob Tye recorded as CS18204, and existing monuments found during the course of this survey. All monuments shown on this survey were in good condition, and were held in their found positions. Basis of bearings for this survey was established by the two found monuments forming the property line common to Parcels 2 and 3. The property line was then adjusted as requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
