The purpose of this survey was to identify cell tower easements across the
parent parcel deed record of property 2003-70563..
No monuments set during this survey.
Monuments were held as noted.
Coordinates are Oregon Coordinate Reference System (OCRS)

Elevations are RTK derived Orthometric heights utilizing Geoid 12A.
