SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT THAT PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
BETWEEN THOSE TRACTS OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PARCELS I AND II IN DOCUMENT NO.
2017-021214, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS, AND AS APPROVED IN COUNTY
PLANNING FILE NUMBER 247-21-000470—LL, AND PER OUR CLIENT'S DIRECTION.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS GPS OBSERVATION IN THE OCRS
BEND—REDMOND—PRINEVILLE PROJECTION USING THE ORGN NETWORK.
RECORD PLAT (R1) MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AT SEVERAL CORNERS OF THE
WESTERLY TRACT, AS WELL AS NEAR CORNERS OF ADJACENT TRACTS, WITH THESE
MONUMENTS HELD TO DETERMINE THE NORTHERLY AND WESTERLY LINES OF THE
WESTERLY TRACT.
THESE PROPERTIES WERE THE SUBJECT OF A PREVIOUS PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
SURVEY, CS12906 (R2), AND MONUMENTS FOUND ON THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
SUBJECT PROPERTIES, AS CALLED FOR ON THAT SURVEY WERE HELD, AND HELD TO
SET OUT RECORD CALLS, ROTATED TO THIS BEARING BASE, FOR THE COMMON LINE
BETWEEN THE PROPERTIES.
THE ADJUSTED LINE WAS THEN ESTABLISHED AND MONUMENTED AS SHOWN
MONUMENTS SET OR FOUND DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY ARE AS SHOWN ON
THE SUBJOINED SURVEY MAP.
