PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
LOCATED IN A PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE -QUARTER AND THE SOUTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 30,
TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 13 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF REDMOND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
APPROVED UNDER CITY OF REDMOND CASEFILES 711-20-000056-SP AND 711-20-000055-V.
THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF SECTION 30,
TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 13 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN.
THE BOUNDARY OF TAX LOT 600 WAS DETERMINED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS
AND RECORD BEARING AND DISTANCES PER CS20557, BY ME.
THE BOUNDARY OF TRACT K, TRIPLE RIDGE, PHASE 1 WAS DETERMINED BY HOLDING
FOUND MONUMENTS PER SAID PLAT. THE BEARINGS OF SAID TRIPLE RIDGE, PHASE 1
WERE ROTATED TO MATCH THE SAID CS20557 ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT K.
THE BOUNDARY OF TAX LOT 1500 (SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTY) WAS DETERMINED BY
HOLDING FOUND MONUMENT AND CALCULATED POSITIONS AS SHOWN ALONG WITH
RECORD ANGLE AND DISTANCES PER CS17879, THEN EXCEPTING OUT THE RIGHT OF
WAY DEDICATIONS PER DOCUMENT NO.2012-8946 AND PER ()5. THE BEARINGS WERE
OF CS17879 WERE ROTATED TO MATCH THE BEARING BETWEEN THE CENTER -SOUTH
1/16TH/ CORNER AND THE SOUTHEAST 1/16TH/ CORNER PER SAID CS20557.
THEN ADJUSTED THE PROPERTY LINES AND SET MONUMENTS AS SHOWN PER MY
CLIENTS DIRECTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID CITY OF REDMOND CASEFILES.
