SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS CREATE A TWO PARCEL PARTITION OF THAT
PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NO. 2021-03917, DESCHUTES COUNTY
OFFICIAL RECORDS, AND THE "SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS
SURVEY WAS BASED ON MONUMENTS FOUND FROM OUR PRIOR SURVEY IN
BLOCK 27, CS19535, AND MONUMENTS FOUND FROM CS07502, CS07509,
CS12613, AND CS12620.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS A LINE BETWEEN THE RECORD
MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 14, BLOCK 26, AND
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 14, BLOCK 27, HIGHLAND ADDITION, WITH
THE BEARING FOR THIS LINE TAKEN FROM THE PLAT OF HIGHLAND ADDITION.
THE SOUTH LINE WAS HELD AS THE NORTH LINE OF CUMBERLAND AVENUE
FROM MONUMENTS FOUND ON THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE AND
CENTERLINE. DISTANCE ALONG SOUTH LINE IS PROPORTIONED FROM MEASURED
(410.16') DISTANCE VS. (R1) DISTANCE OF 410.429, BETWEEN THE MONUMENT
FOUND ON CENTERLINE AND THE SE CORNER OF LOT 14 (EAST LINE
PROJECTED TO CENTERLINE).
THE NORTH LINE WAS HELD AS THE SOUTH ALLEY LINE, ESTABLISHED FROM
MONUMENTS FOUND ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH LINES OF THE ALLEY.
THE EAST AND WEST LINES WERE HELD AT PROPORTIONATE DISTANCES
BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH LINES OF THE
ALLEY AND FOUND MONUMENTS ON THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE AND
CENTERLINE OF CUMBERLAND AVENUE.
MONUMENTS SET OR FOUND DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY ARE AS
SHOWN ON THE SUBJOINED SURVEY MAP.
DECLARATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT Inline Transportation, Inc dba Evolve Building
and Development, OWNER, HAS CAUSED SAID LANDS TO BE SURVEYED AND PARTITIONED
INTO TWO PARCELS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF O.R.S. CHAPTER 92; AND
