THE NORTH LINE WAS HELD AS THE SOUTH ALLEY LINE, ESTABLISHED FROM MONUMENTS FOUND ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH LINES OF THE ALLEY. THE EAST AND WEST LINES WERE HELD AT PROPORTIONATE DISTANCES BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH LINES OF THE ALLEY AND FOUND MONUMENTS ON THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE AND CENTERLINE OF CUMBERLAND AVENUE. MONUMENTS SET OR FOUND DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY ARE AS SHOWN ON THE SUBJOINED SURVEY MAP.
