AND SUBDIVIDE A PORTION OF SAID TRACTS INTO LOTS, PUBLIC STREETS AND EASEMENTS AS SHOWN FOR CW-ARENA,
LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
I HELD THE MONUMENTS AND MY BOUNDARY RESOLUTION OF SAID DOCUMENT NUMBER 2019-36663 PER ARENA
ACRES, PHASE 1 (CS 20197) AND ARENA ACRES, PHASE 2 (CS 20436), BOTH PER DESCHUTES COUNTY RECORDS. I FOUND
THESE TO BE THE ORIGINAL MONUMENTS AND IN GOOD CONDITION TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT.
BEARINGS ARE BASED ON THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS MEASURED BETWEEN #112 AND #550, BEING
