I RETRACED LOTS 2 AND 3 OF SHEVLIN CORPORATE PARK, THE ADJOINING LOTS, AND THE CENTERLINE
AND R/W SURROUNDING THE SUBJECT LOTS PER SHEVLIN CENTER PHASE THREE. NEARLY ALL OF THE
MONUMENTS FOUND FIT THE RECORD PLAT DIMENSIONS. I HELD THESE MONUMENTS TO CONTROL OUR
BOUNDARY AND RECONSTRUCTED THE NORTHERLY AND EASTERLY LINES OF LOTS 2 AND 3 PER THE
RECORD PLAT DIMENSIONS. MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE CORNERS OF THE ADJUSTED BOUNDARY LINE
IN ADDITION TO THE EXTERIOR CORNERS OF SAID LOTS 2 AND 3, WHERE MISSING.
ALL MONUMENTS SHOWN WERE HELD UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS
DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
