THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO PARTITION THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN
THE "SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE" AS PARCEL 1 OF MP-78-234 (CS02703).
CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON THE DEED(D), AND RECORD
SURVEYS (R1),(R2),(R3),(R4) AND (R5) AND EXISTING MONUMENTS FOUND AND
SET DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS A LINE BETWEEN THE RECORD
MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID PARCEL 1 AND THE NE
CORNER OF THE TERMINUS OF NE JILL AVENUE (PER R2) RIGHT—OF—WAY, WITH
THE BEARING TAKEN FROM (R2).
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WERE DETERMINED IN CS02703
(R1), AND MONUMENTS FOUND FROM THAT SURVEY WERE HELD FOR THE NE,
