SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to adjust the common boundary line between Lot 12 (Volume 2021, Page 14978) and Lot 13 (Volume 2015, Page 46736), Block 2, Fairway Point Village I, Deschutes County, Oregon. Control for this survey was based on the referenced surveys hereon this survey map, the above mentioned deeds, and existing monuments found during the course of this survey. Basis of bearings for this survey was the East line of said Lot 13 per said plat of Fairway Point Village I. All monuments found were held in their found position, except for the Southwest corner of said Lot 12. 1 used proportionate measuring method to re—establish the record (R1) position. The new property line was established as requested by my client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
