The Basis of Bearings is a line between the monuments found on the North line of said Tax Lot 4500. Control for this survey was based on referenced surveys hereon. All found monuments were held in their found position for this survey. I then adjusted the common property line between said Lots as requested by our client. Monuments found during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
