THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY AND PLAT IS TO SUBDIVIDE THE SUBJECT LAND INTO RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND
PUBLIC ROADS AS INDICATED PER DESCHUTES COUNTY HEARINGS OFFICER DECISION 247-19-000914-TP.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS IS ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SUBDIVISION AND THE CENTER SECTION LINE
OF SAID SECTION 7, PER REFERENCES (a) and (b) BEING SOUTH 89°37'31" EAST.
THE BOUNDARY OF THIS PLAT WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS REPRESENTING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE LAND PER THE REFERENCES INDICATED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SOUTH LINE, WHICH
WAS ESTABLISHED BY DEED 2021- 45360. THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PLAT FALLS WITHIN THE DESCHUTES
