THE PARENT PARCEL IS DESCRIBED BY DEED VOLUME 1999, PAGE 39132 AS THE W112 OF
THE SE114 OF SECTION 34. FOUND MONUMENTS PER THE PREVIOUS BLM RESURVEY WERE
TIED AND HELD AS SHOWN HEREON. WITH ALL ORIGINAL BOUNDARIES BEING THUS DEFINED,
