PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2019-51445, SAID DEED DESCRIBES
THAT PROPERTY SHOWN AS PARCEL 1, MJP-79-9, LOCATED IN THE WEST 1 /2 OF
THE NORTHWEST 1 /4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 18 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST,
WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON.
