THE FIRST CORNER I HAD TO ESTABLISH WAS THE NORTH ONE -SIXTEENTH (N 1/16) CORNER OF SECTIONS 10 & 11. 1 ESTABLISHED THIS CORNER BY MEANS OF A SINGLE PROPORTIONED POSITION, CONTROLLED BY THE RECOVERED CORNER OF SECTIONS 2, 3, _10 & 11 AND THE RECOVERED QUARTER CORNER OF SECTIONS 10 & 11. NORTHLINE.- THE NORTH LINE IS FORTY-FIVE FEET (45.00') SOUTHERLY OF THE LINE BETWEEN MY ESTABLISHED N 1/16 CORNER AS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND THE RECOVERED NORTHEAST ONE -SIXTEENTH CORNER OF SECTION 10.
