NARRATIVE
WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY ROB AND JENNIFER JACKSON TO ADJUST
THEIR WEST PROPERTY LINE (ADJUSTMENT NO. 247-21-000502-LL),
AND TO PARTITION THE RESULTING ADJUSTED TRACT INTO TWO
PARCELS (PARTITION NO. 247-20-000849-MP).
IN THE SURVEY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED ADJUSTMENT THOSE
MONUMENTS SHOWN AS FOUND, AND THE BUILDINGS SHOWN ON THE
DICKSON TRACT WERE LOCATED WITH OUR GPS GEAR. THE FOUND
MONUMENTS, AND A PROPORTIONATE POSITION FOR THE EAST 1/16
CORNER ON THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 8, WERE HELD FOR THE
LINES OF THE NE 1 /4 NE 1 /4 AND THE NW 1 /4 NE 1 /4 OF SECTION 8.
THE DESIRED ADJUSTMENT WAS CALCULATED AND DESCRIBED, AND
DEEDS DESCRIBING THE ADJUSTED JACKSON AND DICKSON TRACTS
WERE RECORDED.
IN THE PARTITION OF THE ADJUSTED JACKSON TRACT, THE LOCATIONS
OF IRRIGATION FACILITIES, THE POWERLINE, FENCES, ICE AVENUE
STREET IMPROVEMENTS, AND THE DRIVEWAY TO PARCEL 2 WERE TIED.
THE CENTERLINE OF THE 60 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ICE AVENUE
WAS HELD AS BEING ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE -NE1/4 OF
SECTION 81 WHICH CONFORMS TO THE LOCATION OF THE ABOVE
DESCRIBED STREET IMPROVEMENTS. THE DESIRED PARTITION LINE
WAS CALCULATED, THE LINES OF C.O.I.D. EASEMENTS, PRIVATE
IRRIGATION EASEMENTS, AND THE POWERLINE EASEMENT WERE TIED
TO THE PARTITION LINES, AND MONUMENTS WERE SET AS SHOWN.
THE BEARINGS OF THIS PARTITION ARE BASED ON THE NORTH LINE
OF THE NE 1 /4 OF SECTION 81 AS PER REFERENCE SURVEY C.
