THE DESIRED ADJUSTMENT WAS CALCULATED AND DESCRIBED, AND DEEDS DESCRIBING THE ADJUSTED JACKSON AND DICKSON TRACTS WERE RECORDED. IN THE PARTITION OF THE ADJUSTED JACKSON TRACT, THE LOCATIONS OF IRRIGATION FACILITIES, THE POWERLINE, FENCES, ICE AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS, AND THE DRIVEWAY TO PARCEL 2 WERE TIED.
