THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS A LINE BETWEEN RECORD MONUMENTS PER (R1) FOUND ON THE EAST LINE OF BLOCK 27 (WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF WOOD AVENUE), WITH THE BEARING TAKEN FROM (R1).
