THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO SUBDIVIDE THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN
THE "SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON A
THE PLAT OF STONE CREEK, PHASE 7 BY SUN COUNTRY ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC., AND PARTITION PLAT NO. 2014-4, AND THE PLAT OF STONE
CREEK, PHASE 3 BY SUN COUNTRY ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC., AND ALL
OTHER REFERENCED SURVEYS SHOWN ON THIS SURVEY PLAT, AND EXISTING
MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET IN THE FIELD DURING THE COURSE OF THOSE
SURVEYS.
BASIS OF BEARINGS IS THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, BETWEEN
