HomeMy WebLinkAboutSurvey 20797NARRATIVE THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO MONUMENT THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF SIMPSON AVENUE AS DESCRIBED IN RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION DEED 2021-50665 (R8) PURSUANT TO ORS 209.155(2)(b). THE PROJECT DID NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSTRUCTION ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF SIMPSON AVENUE; AS SUCH THIS SURVEY DID NOT SEARCH FOR ANY MONUMENTS ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED ON CONTROL, RETRACEMENT, AND MONUMENT RECOVERY SURVEY COUNTY SURVEY NUMBER 20476 (R7). THE EAST LINE OF BARGAIN AND SALE DEED, VOLUME 383, PAGE 2759 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS 225 AND 226. THE WEST LINE OF BARGAIN AND SALE DEED, VOLUME 383, PAGE 2759 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS 205 AND 227. RIGHT OF WAY MONUMENTS (POINTS 403 AND 404) WERE SET AT THE INTERSECTION OF SAID EAST AND WEST LINES. MONUMENT 205 WAS DESTROYED BY CONSTRUCTION, SEE (R7) FOR PARTICULARS. THE WEST LINE OF PARCEL 1 OF PARTITION PLAT 2020-16 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS 220 AND 228.
