I, Robin Michael Tye, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor No.
65719 in the State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I or those under
my direct supervision have made a survey of the lands shown on this
plat of survey and further certify that said lands were correctly
surveyed according to State Statutes and the Rules of Common Law.
SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to adjust and monument the common line
between Tract A and Tract B, Located in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 32, Township 17 South, Range 12 East, Willamette Meridian, City
of Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon. The Basis of Bearings is a line
between the monuments found on the South Line of said NE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 32 per (R1). Control for this survey was based on
referenced surveys and Deeds hereon. The original line between the two
properties was determined from deed elements from Document
No.2007-58496 (D1), and 2007-65433 (D2), Deschutes County Official
Records. All found monuments were held in their found position for this
survey. I then adjusted the common property line between said Lots as
requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of
this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
