THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS SOUTH 89057'40" EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF
THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 17 SOUTH, RANGE 11
EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN AS SHOWN IN DISCOVERY WEST, PHASE 3 (R3).
THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF SAID SECTION 35 WAS
