SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to adjust and monument the adjusted common lines between Lots 5, 8, and 9, Block 10, Awbrey Butte Homesites, Phase 13, City of Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon, currently described in Document No. 2018-22199, 2021-10481, and 2021-32867 Deschutes County Official Records. The Basis of Bearings is a line between the monuments found on the South line of said Lots 8 and 9. Control for this survey was based on referenced surveys hereon. All found monuments were held in their found position for this survey. I then adjusted the common property line between said Lots as requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
