THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO RESET THE BOUNDARY MONUMENTS OF THE LANDS
DESCRIBED IN DEED NO. 2021-53374, DCOR (E).
DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY, DEED AND SURVEY RESEARCH PROVIDED A
CONSISTENT RECORD OF THE HISTORY OF THIS PROPERTY. DISCREPANCIES WERE FOUND
BY MYSELF AND WERE DESCRIBED IN THE 1982 BOUNDARY & ENCROACHMENT SURVEY BY
OMAN (B). IN THAT SURVEY, OMAN MENTIONS VARIOUS LIKELY ERRONEOUS BEARING CALLS
FOR THE WEST LINE OF THE WALDEN TRACT ON SEVERAL EARLIER DEEDS. *THIS LIKELY
ERRONEOUS BEARING IS PERPETUATED WHEN DESCRIBED AS AN EXCEPTION IN DEED NO.
2008-19996, DCOR (D). BOTH RECORDED SURVEYS (A) & (B) SHOW WHAT OMAN
BELIEVED TO BE THE INTENDED BEARING TO CREATE A GEOMETRICALLY CLOSED FIGURE, AND
I AGREE WITH HIS CONCLUSIONS.
THE MONUMENTS SHOWN AS FOUND WERE MEASURED USING RTK GPS EQUIPMENT.,, THE
NORTHWEST CORNER POSITION WAS HELD, AND RECORD DEED MEASUREMENTS PER (E),
WHICH CORRESPOND WITH CORNER POSITIONS SHOWN IN REFERENCE SURVEYS (A) & (8)
WERE HELD TO ESTABLISH THE 3 MISSING CORNERS.
THE BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST 114
OF THE SOUTHEAST 114 OF SECTION 15, BETWEEN THE SOUTH 114 CORNER AND THE EAST
1116 CORNER PER REFERENCE SURVEYS (A), (B), AND (C).
