THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO PARTITION INTO 1 PARCEL THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE, HEREON REFERRED TO AS 'SUBJECT
PROPERTY'.
THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARY FOR THIS PLAT WAS ESTABLISHED FROM THE FOUND
MONUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CORRESPONDING RECORD AND MEASURED
DATA SHOWN IN THE TABLE OF REFERENCES.
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY SINGLE
PROPORTION FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY
