APPROVED UNDER CITY OF SISTERS CASEFILE LLA 21-02.
THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN A PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST
ONE -QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 15
SOUTH, RANGE 10 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF SISTERS, DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON.
THE LINES WERE DETERMINED BY HOLDING RECORD BEARINGS AND DISTANCES
BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS PER CLEARPINE, PHASE 6.
THEN ADJUSTED THE COMMON BOUNDARY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF SISTERS
LAND USE FILE LLA 21-02 AND PER MY CLIENTS DIRECTION.
