A SEARCH WAS MADE FOR MONUMENTATION AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNERS OF LOTS 11 AND 12 BLOCK 2, "GOLDENRAIN 2ND ADDITION", BEING WEST THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, HOWEVER NOTHING WAS FOUND. FENCE CONSTRUCTION AND UTILITY POLES APPEAR TO HAVE DISTURBED THE PLAT MONUMENTS. THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE DALLES-CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY (US 97) WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE MONUMETAT10N PER CS05054, AT STATION 129+00 70' RIGHT, AND AT STATION 150+00 92.22' RIGHT. THE ANGLE POINT IN SAID WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE AT STATION 140+00 70' RIGHT, WAS PERPETUATED BY HOLDING RECORD STATION AND OFFSET. SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY COMMON WITH THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS CONVEYED TO THE STATE OF OREGON PER WARRANTY DEED VOLUME 159, PAGE 2784, RECORDED MARCH 14, 1988, OFFICIAL RECORDS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY.
