SURVEYOR' S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to re-establish the boundary lines of that property described in Volume 2019, Page 36236, Deschutes County Official Records. Control for this survey was based on the referenced surveys hereon this survey map, the above mentioned deed, and existing monuments found during the course of this survey. Basis of bearings for this survey is based on the Oregon Coordinate Reference System (OCRS) Bend -Redmond -Prineville Zone. I utilized monuments found and set per CS05023 to calculate the center section corner of Section 22 and to perform a partial section breakdown for the SW 1 /4 of Section 22. 1 established the right-of-way lines of Holmes Road using monuments per the (R4) and (R5) surveys, as shown. These right-of-way lines fit very well with the as -built centerline of said Holmes Road. Ties were made to monuments found along the North line of McKenzie Estates, as platted, and as shown on this survey map, but these monuments were not accepted due to controlling corners accepted in this survey and CS05023. There were no fences from these lots of McKenzie Estates that crossed over the actual section line and into the property that is the subject of this survey. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
