NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO ADJUST THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THOSE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT B, STATUTORY
BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RECORDED JUNE 4, 2020 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 2020-25756 (PROPERTY #1) AND STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
RECORDED APRIL 13, 2022, AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 2022-15328 (PROPERTY #2) .
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS SOUTH 71057'11" EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF NW SKYLINE RANCH ROAD AS
SHOWN IN DISCOVERY WEST, PHASE 1 (R2).
THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF THE PUBLIC ALLEY, SOUTH OF LOT 30 OF DISCOVERY WEST, PHASE 1, WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD
INFORMATION AND FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN (R2).
TRACT C OF DISCOVERY WEST, PHASE 1; THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF NW CELILO LANE; AND THE NORTHERLY, WESTERLY, AND SOUTHERLY
RIGHT OF WAY OF NW SKYLINE RANCH ROAD WERE ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD INFORMATION AND FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN (R2).
THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINES WERE PLACED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE OWNER GENERALLY FOLLOWING PLANNED FUTURE DEVELOPMENT.
MONUMENTS WERE NOT SET ALONG THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE PER ORS 92.060(8).
