THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS SOUTH 71057'11" EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF NW SKYLINE RANCH ROAD AS SHOWN IN DISCOVERY WEST, PHASE 1 (R2).
