THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 9,
TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 13 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF REDMOND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON.
I HELD FOUND MONUMENTS ON THE SOUTH LINE OF CS 19052 BY PERRY ALONG WITH THE RECORD BEARING PER SAID CS

CITY OF REDMOND SPECIAL PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT NOTE
THE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT (PUE) SHALL BE USED TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES (UTILITIES)
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CITY WATER, SEWER AND STORM DRAINAGE UTILITIES AND GAS, ELECTRICAL, PHONE
AND COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AND FOR UNRESTRICTED INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AFFECTED PROPERTIES FOR
THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING, REPAIRING, TESTING, MAINTAINING, AND REPLACING THE UTILITIES AND RELATED
FACILITIES. THE PUE SHALL BE NON-EXCLUSIVE EXCEPT THAT THE CITY AND UTILITIES SHALL HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE
