WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY BETSY JOHNSON TO PERFORM A SERIES
OF ADJUSTMENTS WHEREBY THE ADJUSTED JOHNSON PARCEL 2, AS
DEPICTED IN REFERENCE SURVEY C, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION
OF THE VACATED ALLEY WHICH IS INURED TO PARCEL 2 (SHOWN AS
TRACT 4 HEREON), IS METED OUT TO TRACTS 1, 2 AND 3.
IN THIS ADJUSTMENT SURVEY OUR CONTROL FOR OUR PREVIOUS
SURVEY (REFERENCE SURVEY C) WAS RECOVERED, AND MONUMENTS
FOUND AND SET IN REFERENCE SURVEY C WERE INVENTORIED.
POSITIONS OF MONUMENTS WERE FOUND TO BE AS REPRESENTED IN
OUR PREVIOUS SURVEY, AND MEASUREMENTS MADE IN REFERENCE
SURVEY C WERE HELD FOR THIS ADJUSTMENT SURVEY. MISSING
MONUMENT 03 WAS RESET MISSING MONUMENT 13 WAS WITNESSED,
AND ADDITIONAL MONUMENTS 15, 16 AND 17 WERE TIED. THE SOUTH
LINE OF TRACT 3 WAS PLACED BY HOLDING MEASUREMENTS PER
REFERENCE DEED E ALONG CANYON DRIVE AND ALONG THE ALLEY.
DESCRIPTIONS OF TRANSFER PARCELS AND ADJUSTED TRACTS 1, 2
AND 3 WERE PREPARED, AND MONUMENTS WERE SET AS SHOWN.
THE BEARINGS OF THIS SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE WEST LINE OF
