SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to Adjust and monument the common property lines between Lots 15, 16, 17, and 18, American Lane Industrial Park, Phase 11, Deschutes County, Oregon and that property described in Document No. 2022-3270, Deschutes County Official Records. The Basis of Bearings is a line between the monuments found on the Center line of S.E. Carmen Loop. Control for this survey was based on referenced surveys hereon. All found monuments were held in their found position for this survey. I then Adjusted the common property lines between said Lots as requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
