THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO DETERMINE AND MONUMENT AN ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN
THOSE TRACTS DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NO. 2017-37921 (ELLIOT), AND DOCUMENT NO. 2004-41717
(CHEN), DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS, PER CITY OF LAPINE PLANNING FILE NO. 13LLA-21, AND
AT MY CLIENTS DIRECTION.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS A LINE BETWEEN RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND ON THE NORTH
LINE OF PARTITION PLAT NO. 2007-27, NTH THE BEARING TAKEN FROM THAT PARTITION PLAT.
BOUNDARIES OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES WERE HELD AS DETERMINED IN OUR PRIOR SURVEY, CS19761.
MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET IN THAT SURVEY ARE AS SHOWN HEREON, AND WERE USED TO DETERMINE
