THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO DETERMINE AND MONUMENT PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENTS TO THOSE PROPERTIES CONVEYED IN
DOCUMENT NO. 2015-51173 (TL 1704), DOCUMENT NO. 2017-27790 (TL 1703), AND DOCUMENT NO. 2019-21379 (TL 1701),
DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS, AND AS APPROVED IN CITY OF REDMOND PLANNING FILES 711-21-000320-PLNG &
711-21-000321-PLNG. AND PER MY CLIENT'S DIRECTION.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS A LINE BETWEEN RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND ON THE WESTERLY LINE, WITH THE
BEARING TAKEN FROM THE CS16488 (R1).
CORD MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AS CALLED FOR ON 16488 (R1), WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PK & WASHER, AT THE POSITIONS
TED ON SAID SURVEY ON THE EASTERLY AND WESTERLY LINES OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES, LYING NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY OF
- PROPERTY LINES TO BE ADJUSTED.
-SE MONUMENTS WERE HELD TO ESTABLISH THE EASTERLY AND WESTERLY LINES, WITH ADJUSTED LINES ESTABLISHED AND
NUMENTED AS NOTED.
NUMENTS FOUND AND SET DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY ARE AS SHOWN ON THE SUBJOINED SURVEY MAP.
