State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I
have made a survey of the lands shown on
this plat of survey and further certify that
said lands were correctly surveyed according
to State Statutes and the rules of Common
Law.
SURVEYORS NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to adjust the
common line between parcel 2 and parcel 3,
Partition Plat 2009-19, In Redmond Oregon. I
proportioned between points 1009 and 1008 to
0 determine point 1011. I then proportioned
between points 1011 and 1001 to determine point

BASIS OF BEARING:
Was determined by measuring between points
1007 and 1009,being North 89°44'23' West.
( Basis of Bearings Determined By RTK (Real Time
Kinematic) Observation From an IMAX-GNSS
Solution From the Oregon Real Time GNSS (ORGN)
Network. The coordinates system used for this
survey was Oregon Coordinate Reference
System (OCRS) Bend -Redmond -Prineville Zone.
