NOTICE OF DECISION, BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT NUMBER 711-21-000166-PLNG (LLA) DATED AUGUST 26,
2021.
THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID TAX LOTS WERE PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY DESCHUTES COUNTY RECORDS OF
SURVEY 01049 (0), 11696 (r2), AND 11792 (6). THESE SURVEYS AND OTHER SUBSEQUENT SURVEYS ARE
REFERENCED BELOW AND WERE USED IN RETRACING THE SUBJECT BOUNDARIES. MONUMENTS FOUND
DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY WERE HELD UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
THE MOST WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING MONUMENTS FOUND PER (2), (r4) AND
(r6). THE SOUTHERLY CORNER OF THIS LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS PER (2)
AND (r6) AND DISTANCES OF RECORD PER THOSE SURVEYS. THE MONUMENT 1092.53' NORTHERLY WAS HELD
PER (r6) WHICH FIT THE RECORD ANGLE PER (2). AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER WE FOUND A 3" GALV. IRON
FENCE POST WHICH FIT THE POSITION CALCULATED BY PROPORTIONAL DISTANCE BETWEEN THE CORNERS
TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH. THIS POSITION WAS HELD AS THE CORNER. THE REMAINING WESTERLY
BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS PER (Q.
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, BEING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE
S1/2SW1/4SW1/4 ORIGINALLY ESTABLISHED BY HANKINS (r7), WAS REESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE
MONUMENTS AND RECORD DISTANCE OF 27.65' PER (6) AND THE 1/16 CORNER AS CALCULATED ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF THE SW1/4 OF SECTION 10. 1 FURTHER HELD THE MONUMENTS PER (2) AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER TO ESTABLISH THE EAST BOUNDARY.
THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED BY MONUMENTS FOUND AND HELD PER (6) AND (6).
PER THIS SURVEY MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE CORNERS OF THE ADJUSTED LINES PER THE APPROVED
BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT 711-21-000166-PLNG (L-A).
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED
BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND A TRIMBLE CALIBRATION
USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM CONTROL POINTS.
