WE WERE RETAINED BY TY GEORGE TO MONUMENT THE CORNERS OF TAX LOT 141316DA00804. TAX LOT
804 IS COMPRISED OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, AND LOTS 29 THROUGH 32, ALL IN BLOCK 165, PLAT OF HILLMAN,
AND INCLUDES PORTIONS OF 18TH STREET, 19TH STREET AND C AVENUE, AS VACATED BY ORDER
NUMBERS REFERENCED HEREON.
BLOCK 165 WAS RETRACED PER PREVIOUS SURVEY DONE BY THIS OFFICE IN NOVEMBER OF 2019 AND
FILED AS SURVEY NO.20062 (r4).
THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, BEING THE CENTERLINE OF VACATED 19TH STREET,
WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING A 30 FOOT OFFSET FROM THE EAST LINE OF BLOCK 165.
THE WEST BOUNDARY, BEING THE CENTERLINE OF VACATED 18TH STREET, WAS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN
THE FOUND MONUMENTS AT THE PROLONGATION OF THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 14 AND THE PROLONGATION
OF THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 165, PER (r4). THE WEST BOUNDARY WAS PROLONGATED SOUTHERLY
30.00' TO THE CENTERLINE OF VACATED C AVENUE TO ESTABLISH THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY.
THE SOUTH BOUNDARY, BEING THE CENTERLINE OF VACATED C AVENUE, WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING A
30 FOOT OFFSET FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF BLOCK 165. THE FOUND MONUMENT AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF BLOCK 164 SUPPORTS THIS CENTERLINE, GIVING C AVENUE ITS FULL MEASURE OF 60'.
THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY MONUMENTS FOUND PER (r4).
