SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to adjust and monument the common lines between Tracts of land, Located in the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 18 South, Range 12 East, Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, described in Document NO. 1983-8213, 1996-17576, 1998-17343, and 1998-17683. The Basis of Bearings is a line between the monuments found at the Southeast Section Corner and East 1/16th corner of section 21 per (R1). Control for this survey was based on referenced surveys hereon. All found monuments were held in their found position for this survey except as noted. I then adjusted the common property line between said Lots as requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
