THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO PLAT AS "CENTURY DRIVE
CONDOMINIUM SUPPLEMENTAL PLAT NO. 1", THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN THE
"SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON A
PRIOR SURVEY OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY — A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
SURVEY BY R. KARL, RECORDED AS CS16736, AND OUR PRIOR
CONDOMINIUM PLAT, "CENTURY DRIVE CONDOMINIUM".
EXISTING MONUMENTS AS CALLED FOR ON SAID SURVEYS WERE FOUND
AT ALL BOUNDARY CORNERS IN THE FIELD DURING THE COURSE OF THIS
SURVEY. ALL MONUMENTS WERE HELD IN THEIR FOUND POSITION.
