OF VENTURE PROPERTIES INC. AND THE WESTERLY ADJOINER MET AND VIEWED THE STAKED LINE AND THE FENCE LINE. SAID PARTIES ALSO
MET ON JULY 28, 2022 AT THE ADJOINER'S PROPERTY. IT WAS REPORTED BY VENTURE PROPERTIES INC. THAT A VERBAL AGREEMENT WAS
