SAID MONUMENT WAS LAST REFERENCED BY "RIMROCK RIDERS SUBDIVISION' (R10). SAID PLAT FOUND THE MONUMENT SOUTH OF THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF ROPER LANE, AND 223.59 FEET EAST OF THE MONUMENT PER CS07282 (R4) AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF DEED OF TRUST INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2021-00472. THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS PERPETUATED BY HOLDING SAID RECORD DISTANCE OF 223.59 FEET EAST ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FROM FOUND MONUMENT. ON MAY 11, 2022, AKS STAKED A STRAIGHT LINE BETWEEN THE o FOUND NORTHWEST CORNER MONUMENT AND THE PERPETUATED POSITION OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER. ON JULY 01, 2022, REPRESENTATIVES Z ,I, OF VENTURE PROPERTIES INC. AND THE WESTERLY ADJOINER MET AND VIEWED THE STAKED LINE AND THE FENCE LINE. SAID PARTIES ALSO MET ON JULY 28, 2022 AT THE ADJOINER'S PROPERTY. IT WAS REPORTED BY VENTURE PROPERTIES INC.
